Soleil Haus Rates and Policies

Rates

Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Minimum Stay

A minimum stay of three nights is required. For guests requesting a stay less than three nights, a $125 fee will be added.

Taxes

County, city and lodging taxes are collected. These amount to 5.7% of the total rental cost.

Damage Deposit

A refundable damage deposit in the amount of $500 is required. The unit will be inspected prior to and after guest departure. If left in good condition with nothing broken, missing, or otherwise damaged, the deposit will be refunded in full.

Payment Procedures

When you finalize the decision to make a formal reservation, the Soleil Haus owner will contact the property management company in Winter Park, Colorado who will then contact you to arrange for payment. Acceptable forms of payment include check or credit card (Master Card, Visa, Discover). Upon payment, the Soleil Haus owner will send you a letter, along with driving directions to pick up the keys and to find the Soleil Haus.

35% of the total rental amount is due within 10 days of making the reservation. The balance of the rental amount, plus taxes and damage deposit is due 45 days prior to the arrival date.

Please note: Even though you will work with another entity for payment purposes, please feel free to contact the Soleil Haus owner with any questions or concerns you might have prior to and during your stay.

Cancellation Policy

The policy established by the property management company is endorsed by the Soleil Haus owner. Reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival are nonrefundable; reservations cancelled prior to 90 days will be assessed a $100 cancellation fee. Please review the contract you receive once you have made a reservation.

General Policies

Local Oversight of Soleil Haus: The Soleil Haus owner have contracted with a company in Winter Park to provide local oversight and respond to significant physical property problems that might occur during a guests' stay. This could entail, for example, a water line break, sewer backup, heating problem, water leakage, hot tub malfunction, etc. There is a 24-hour on-call emergency service. The manager can also be contacted if the unit is found upon arrival in an unclean condition, if advertised supplies are missing, or if snow has not been shoveled.

Occupancy: The unit premises can be occupied by no more than the maximum number of persons defined as an overnight guest as indicated on the reservation agreement. Additional charges will be assessed if the rentors do not abide by this rule. The rental fee is based on occupancy of no more than 12 people. Contact us directly if you have a group larger than 12. We may be able to accomodate you by arranging for another unit nearby.

Parking: Cars may be parked in the garage or driveway, but not on the street or in other driveways.

Maintenance: The Soleil House owner will do everything possible to ensure that all advertised utilities and services are provided in acceptable working order. These include include gas, electric, water and sewer, snow removal, trash collection, satellite television and hot tub.

Smoking: We have a non-smoking policy and ask for strict adherence. While smoking is allowed outside, we kindly ask our guests to dispose of their cigarette butts.

Pets: No pets allowed.

Lake and Creek: The Lake and Creek are deep, so please keep an eye on young children. Life jackets of various sizes have been provided. Pole Creek Lake can be used for non-motor boating. Use of the lake for boating and swimming is at your own risk.
